INTRODUCTION
We invite you to read carefully the following terms and conditions of use.
Artportlive, the web portal (referred to as “portal”) provides a service; anyone who subscribe to this service (the “User”) implicitly accepts the terms and conditions of use contained herein.
Part “1” applies to all users, including visitors, and the part “II” applies only to those who choose to use the services of the portal as a registered user (hereinafter “State” where it is not denoted in the second person ).
It is also required to read and always respect the editorial policy, with the standards of the publication and rules of conduct set out herein.
PART I
1. Availability and Responsability
The service is provided free of charge and with no warranties, and who manages and provides service has no obligation and reserves the right to modify or discontinue at any time and without notice providing the service.

2. Privacy

We decline, however, any responsibility for possible violations of existing legislation relating to privacy that may register by accessing external sites connected via links placed within the portal.
The subjects whose personal data have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and to know its origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to this Article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, and oppose any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
For the collection of data relating to publication shall apply as set forth in Part II of these terms and conditions of use.
3. Copyright
All rights to published works by the members are from the authors or their owners, no law – neither the sole nor use outside of the portal – is awarded to the portal at the time of publication.
The directors and ownership of the portal can not be held responsible in any way improper or unlawful use of works by third parties.
It is absolutely forbidden – in the absence of explicit authorization – use the name, brand, logo and any reference to the portal in publications of any kind (including other Internet portal) or events of any kind (including exhibitions ‘art) where the reference can imply a partnership or any relationship between this website and the publication of foreign or event, the prohibition extends even to cases where the publication or event is organized by means of communication offered by the portal.
4. External links

7. Registration

8. Personal information management

9. Publishing content

11. Use of additional services

13. Waiver of service

16. Report exhibition
The exhibition spaces are the places where events take place.
